Compose Problem

I have No where to wright on the compose page, the space where you wright was less than 1/2 cm  after they changed to the new format, now it's non excitant, Does anybody know how to fix this,

It's on my Laptop windows 10

If you change the zoom on your laptop, does the box appear or look larger?

Hi Chris, thanks for your reply, in the end I had to contact BT and it seem's it was their end not mine,all fixed now took 2 days to fix.
