Both Talk21 and BTinternet.com on multiple Mac devices i.e. IOS and MACOS and IPAD OS all stopped working approx last week.
Possibly inline with Monterery update on MAC OS.
No changes to mail settings on any other devices. Therefore conclude this is a change on BT end.
BASED IN AUSTRALIA - Noted this has caused chanllenges in past - Geo blocking ?

@Mrj4mesp welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT email. The update to Monterey shouldn't cause any issues on BT's end. Are you able to able to access your BT email via webmail at www.bt.com/email
Are you experiencing this problem on all internet connections or just the one, and is it a public wifi connection?

webmail access is fine for both talk21 and for btinternet email.
I agree unlikely Mac OS update as iOS and ipados devices are impacted using both addresses. In terms of network it is any. Phone network or my own internal / private network.
problem started accruing oct 27/28th
A s you are in Australia I assume you are no longer a BT Broadband customer therefore unless you are paying £7.50/m for Premium mail your accounts will have been downgraded to Basic Mail which is only accessible via webmail.
Payment has continued for premium mail
