Email Folders Not Loading

I will try but most of what I have kept is quite important.

I have to get ready to attend a funeral now but I'll get back to you when I'm at home again and I've had a look at what I might be able to permanently delete.

Rather than delete them, install Thunderbird on your PC and after downloading all your emails, archive some or all of the folders to offline folders and store them on your PC rather than BT's servers.

Thank you very much for that suggestion. I will look into Thunderbird.  I am fairly certain that if I could move the Folders from my main BT email account to somewhere else but still access them and add  new email messages as necessary, the Folders not loading problem would be solved.
