I reported the er......glitches... with the 'upgraded' email a while back. Nothing solved, at all. Now BT seem to have blocked all paths to making any sort of complaint or enquiries. Options for to speak on the phone seem to have vanished. Email and 'complaint update' not responded to. I hope the shareholders are very happy. I'm not.
If you want to make a complaint call BT 0330.1234.150 or click on the "Contact Us" at the foot of every BT web page and click on "Complaints then follow the prompts.
