Email not sending

My btconnect account will not allow sending emails and says

 

This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. 

 

Please can anyone advise as the IT  support we use at work couldn't resolve it ( its my personal account ) 

 

Otherwise can I export/migrate all the emaisl, contacts etc to another account

If you are using BT Connect email accounts you will need to post on the BT Business forum.
