Emails being blocked which we send to btinternet.com email addresses

Hi

We work with the Royal Highland Show and their database system sends out emails to its 1,000s of members by email.

We have received reports that emails to btinternet.com email addresses are being blocked. All other emails to other systems have no issues.  The usual SPF and DKIM and other DNS settings are in place to verify the sent emails.

This seemed like the best place to highlight this and ideally BT will remove the spam filter stopping these emails.
The sending domain name is rhass.org.uk.

Yours

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT.

You should check that you are complying with this link and if you are you will need to contact the BT Postmaster.

It takes a while to get a reply from the Postmaster but they will respond.

But the problem is, and has been for years, why is it ONLY btinternet email addresses that suffer from this problem. Surely other services would similarly suffer.

In my view, the Postmaster group are doing it the wrong way round. It is they that should investigate why other email providers don't have this problem. I expect that they are simply burying their heads in the sand and do not look at all. They must realise that they have a dreadful name.

I never said it wasn't a BT problem and should be addressed by BT or that it has not been going on for years without resolution but the only way it will be resolved for the OP at this stage is by contacting the Postmaster to have his domain white listed to the extent that it satisfies BT
