Noticed, today, that a few emails I had put a 'pin' on have disappeared! Tried sorting in various ways and changing the view (including switching on and off conversation view). I also notice that I have nothing older than mid September in my In Box and I feel sure I had more than that. I keep getting error messages too. I am accessing mail via the web at email.bt.com. Can anyone shine a light on this?

Can you please check your trash folder to make sure none of the emails are showing as having been moved to there?
Also is it only ever via Webmail that you're accessing these, or do you have it set up on any other separate apps / clients?

Just a check to make sure that when changing Conversation View you only single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
