I use BT app on my iPhone. I do not have a laptop. All my sent emails going into draft and saying draft syncing but it never does. They just stay in drafts. Incoming emails are fine. How can I clear this?
Uninstall the BT mail app and use a proper one such as the native iPhone app or Blue Mail

The built in mail app that comes with an iPhone
It will be clunky on a phone, but try logging in to webmail with a browser and see if that sends ok.
