Hi can someone please assist, emails are not coming through for my main email address even though the company have been sending and are still sending. This has been happening since yesterday Monday, no emails received today.
Some emails have come through to my other email address but am now doubting if they are all coming through.

Check that you have not blocked the email address or domain (part after the @).
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
Have not blocked them but have checked my block list and they are not on there?
I do not recognise a lot of the blocked emails on there either. Thanks Jules
Have checked again today, cannot see any of the senders on my blocked list so will see what happens? thanks Jules
