Error Code 533

As like many others, I am unable to send emails, error message as follows:

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (6577B87C00535205) [Err code: 553

What does this mean and, more importantly, how can it be recitfied?

Hi @Deborah31, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting this error.

Try switching off your BT Hub for 15 mins and try again. It may be the case that your IP address is on a Blocklist and when you switch it on again you should obtain a new IP address.
