Error code 100006

when I type in the correct email address, the error code 100006 comes up

Thanks for posting about your email issue. Can you give us some more details? What are you typing the address into? Are you looging in to your BTID? Are you using a mail client? Are you seeing this on all devices?

I was typing the address into the BT email Compose To: box. The address is 'parkingeye.co.uk/appeal' . When I had completed the email, I clicked the 'Send' button and the error code appeared!

Are you using a PC or a MAC? this appears to be quite a common error on MACS.

Your devices are irrevelant in this instance. You're trying to email a web site. I've had a look and there is no email contact for that but you'll find contact details at Contact us - Parkingeye
