Filing emails

How do you undo an action when you have selected to file an email and by scrolling down you have unknowingly touched a box you did not want, and have to search the entire alphabet for the misfiled email 

this is my iPhones being over sensitive

You can not undo it. All you can do is find it and place it into the proper file.

I would expect there to be a search facility so you can search for a keyword in the email or the sender.
