When you log onto your domestic MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "EMail, Manage" what does it show the account type to be?
so are you a BT broadband residential customer or not?

sorry but you appear not to answer the question - do you have residential broadband as that is needed before your email address will work using app otherwise web browser only
