How do I keep my BT Email Account

Hi Guys

I'm leaving BT Broadband, but want to keep my BT Email Account, what do I need to do and how do I need to do it?

you will get notification from BT sorry your leaving and if you want to keep access to email from app then you new premium email at £7.5pm or do nothing and you will move to basic free and only access via web mail

Previously I read, I had to place an order for a basic email account to keep the BT Mail account open.

depends how old that was but now when you leave you automatically move to basic mail
