Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
Can i unblock a number of senders at the same time. If so please can you provide details of the process. Thanks
Why not apply the process described in the previous post and then investigate yourself if it is possible to select more than one at a time.
I could give you the answer to that but given the above reply I agree that it would be better for you to investigate if it can be done as working things out is better than being spoon fed.
I have tried the "process" that I found on the BT help but I cannot make it work. As my BT email was pawned I ended up with 6000 blocked email addresses and cannot add any recent phishing senders.
I am left with deleting them one at a time.
I was hoping for help from this community
There is no way to mass delete them.
