I had issues with my Web Email today and also yesterday and reported this as a fault via chat. The person I dealt with escalated it as a complaint after not being able to identify the problem. I think the problem was at my end and email is now working fine and I wish to close the complaint. What is the best way to request complaint closure?

Hi @allanraymond I think you can add notes to the complaint on the MyBT website. You could leave a message for the case handler to let them know its resolved.

Thanks for the response. I checked MY BT before posting my query but couldn't see a complaints link (faults yes).I found a general complaints pages which asked me to sign in with MY BT logon information but an error message came up to say not available at present try later.
After further searching a found a complaints resolution email address which I have just sent my request to cancel my complaint.
