I'm having trouble with my email-I have lost all but the last 7 days of emails

I'm having trouble with my email-I have lost all but the last 7 days of emails from my inbox and it seems that only the last 7 days of emails are being kept in my inbox on a rolling basis anything before that being deleted. I did not ask for this to happen and am very annoyed! What is going on?

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
