Today I've been receiving emails from car insurers for quotes and the like so I tried to login and change my password. I am unable to access my btinternet.com email because I'm locked out and need to retry in 20 minutes.
I have a feeling some bad actor is trying passwords thus always keeping the account locked.
Can any mod help with this?
