InBox Screen Has Gone Large

Hi - anyone out there that can help me.  Whilst I was using my email I had the Control Key down and then automatically all the screen has gone large format, now I can't see my emails without having to scroll down.  Please can someone tell me how to get it back to how it was before, I have tried all the different views but nothing works.  Thanks

Try Ctrl and minus key, maybe more than once.
