Hi, I'm really struggling and would really appreciate some help please.
For the last 24/36 hours my Inbox takes a while to load then nothing and I get the message '' We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later.''
I can send emails fine and spam, trash, drafts are all normal.
I have just spent an hour with an online BT assistant to no avail. I have logged out and in again several times, changed my password, cleared cache, tried laptop, phone and husband's phone on Chrome, Edge and bt web all with the same fault.
Please, please can someone help?

I'm in exactly the same boat.
I wasted hours this afternoon and am still no further forwards. I am self employed and customers often contact me via email. This is not only driving me mad, it's costing me money!

I've exactly the same issue except that I also have the problem on my and my husband's phones.

Perhaps you should use a proper business grade service instead of using a residential service which is not intended for commercial usage, and is forbidden in the T&Cs.

Residential email servers are different, and are always giving problems.
This forum is for BT residential users. If the problem is with a business account the moderators of this forum do not have access to business accounts so would be unable to assist if required.
