This message is for the attentions of the moderators, please raise this to the BT postmasters.
We messaged the Postmaster team on the 27th December as we had started seeing a number of client IPs not being able to deliver emails from the 25th onwards with the bounce code ''554 Service not available - access denied''.
We are unable to find any information on the postmaster site as to what this error code means and so whether this is a BT issue or whether the clients have gotten themselves blocked. As a result we can't advise them to make any changes.
As it has been nearly a week without reply, could you escalate this for us?
