Simple question - if you regrade from BT to ‘New EE’ (as opposed to ceasing BT and migrating to EE) do you retain access to your old email addresses without having to pay for Premium email?
Important seeing BT want us all to move to EE over the next year or so.

Yes when you upgraded/renew you can call customer services at present to discuss the new EE offerings.
