Leaving BT

I will be leaving BT in March when my Contract ends.   Having had my BT e mail addresses for nearly 20 years, I would like to keep them.   Links on other threads to a page explaining how to do this no longer work, is there an updated page with information as to how this can be done please.

Your email address will be "downgraded" automatically to BTMail Basic when you leave . You can only access the email account via a web browser and not with an email cleint/app such as you may be using on a mobile phone. You will also loose some functions such as forwarding but other than that your folders and email will remain the same.
