When log in it takes me to a screen with options which include log in to My BT. So end up in a circular process. It’s the same using APP and web.

have cleared cookies etc  reset password and still the same.

how do I get logged on?

doesn’t like VPN

I tried to login and got send the BT website - it totally ignored me. After several attempts I finally got into the webmail, so being sent in loops may not be due to a VPN because I do not use one.
