Some of us choose not to have mobile phones and therefore do not have the app. And what is the email client you mention.
That's because they've improved the e-mail login. You know perfectly well that nothing ever works again after improvement. Move providers.
I can't access my emails at all using a previous links I had used in 'favourites' on my desktop computer or phone.
But I can access emails on my desktop when I open a new browser window and go to https://www.bt.com/
I think I then signed into "my BT" - it's the second link in from top right hand side of the page.
Then clicked "email"- it's the first link on right hand side of the navigation bar.
Same here, can't log in, 'Too Many Tries', clearly not referring to my Rugby Record.
The only good thing about all this is, I'm not tied to a contract.
And now gone Phut again !

It seem to only affecting the Webmail system
