Thanks for the update @NeilO, and I do use an email client most of the time, but like to check my spam folder and set any rules via webmail before they even get to my email client.

The additional aggravation is the price increases coming in to effect next month for a service that has been getting worse recently.

Some of us choose not to have mobile phones and therefore do not have the app.  And what is the email client you mention.

That's because they've improved the e-mail login.  You know perfectly well that nothing ever works again after improvement.  Move providers.

work around to access email

I can't access my emails at all using a previous links I had used in 'favourites' on my desktop computer or phone.

But I can access emails on my desktop when I open a new browser window and go to https://www.bt.com/

 I think I then  signed into  "my BT"  - it's the second link in from top right hand side of the page.

Then clicked "email"- it's the first link on right hand side of the navigation bar.

Same here, can't log in, 'Too Many Tries', clearly not referring to my Rugby Record.

The only good thing about all this is, I'm not tied to a contract.

@janets1 an email client is a programme such as Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird:
