Because the originator of the thread marked it as such.

@gg30340

I regularly clear the cache and my bookmark is now bt.com/email which is what I have been told to use?

Thanks Jules

What operating system are you using?

What browser are you using?

See link

BT Email is changing | Help | BT | BT Help

Have you tried a different browser?

What happens when you do try to log on?

Are you seeing the same log on page as this link?

Re: Logging into email

@gg30340

I use firefox browser and always have.

On my Dell desktop PC I was not able to log in but on my HP laptop using firefox browser I was able to and then was able to use my Dell also.

I can now log in but I have to say this has only happened since the BT mail changeover?  Thanks

I see the 7th April date mentioned in  previous post as the date when the issues will be fixed by is now upon us, predicably the issues haven't been resolved.

Indeed, the problems are still there: images still not displaying automatically & having to log in several times a day, sometimes after only an hour or so.
This is entry level stuff, not rocket science.

Some issues may have been resolved but I am still unable to access my Inbox, I can login fine and access all other folders, this is the same on 2 different laptops and yet my Iphone is still able to access all my emails? No luck with BT Messaging as 25 minutes between responses, I'm leaving if not sorted this week as this is pants!

This is becoming even more ridiculous. I was actually typing an answer to an email just now & this joke of a system signed me out, losing everything I'd done. GET THIS FIXED.

Hi All

My issue with the Inbox is now resolved, I cycled through the View options and my emails appeared, I do not know how or why this happened!!
