My wife cannot log into her email account and when I check my 'Manage your email' her account has vanished. It states I have used 4 of my 11 email accounts but then says I only have 3 active email accounts (and none of them are my wife's account which was working fine earlier today).
Can anyone help? She's panicking because she thinks she has lost all her emails!

Tried all of the advice in the link already but as the email account is not showing under my management screen, there is nothing I can do without direct intervention by the BT support team.
