Mail issue

Any Help with this appreciated:

As of today when opening mails a seperate preview pane opens instead of opening the mail directly, The preview pane is headed Mozilla firefox, I then have to view the mail by clicking the preview pane, which is annoying to say the least! I don't know if this a BT thing or something I may have done inadvertantly.

Any suggestions appreciated

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

Could you try deleting cookies and cache and opening a web browser, does the same happen? 

Have you tried a different web browser?

Click on the View button on the right hand side ans select "No Preview".

When you want to read the email just use a single click not double click.
