Message Aggregation

Recently the system has started to aggregate my i/c messages with the same subject title. This means older messages disappear from the inbox and are incorporated in the latest message with the same title,  as a link. 

Have  I done something to trigger this, and how do I stop it from happening?

You have inadvertently selected 'conversation view' in settings.

As said, you have "Conversation View" selected.

You need to log onto your email account and go to the "View" icon at the right hand side then click ONCE on "Conversation View" to toggle it on or off.
