I transferred my phone and broadband to another supplier this week. Where do I go to upgrade my 3x btinternet.com email accounts to Premium email and not lose them?
you should get letter from BT 'sorry your leaving' and this will tell you about moving to basic mail or paying for premium mail
So far I have had c. 10 emails telling me what services I'm losing and, contrary to what they told me earlier in the week, nothing about upgrading from Basic to Premium email. I have tried searching the BT website and my BT, but nowhere allows me to upgrade, even though it offers links to do so ;-(
you can try Premium email call 0808 100 6778
Do as has already been suggested, call the BT Premium email number.
There is no short cut. You will either need to stay on hold or try calling at a different time.
