My BT app

I used to sign into my email account in the app. However email is no longer listed as a 'product'.  Had this changed or do I need to sort anything in settings?

The MyBT should still show your Email. If you have not already done it try scrolling further down on the page.

If that doesn't help, try logging onto your MyBT and see if the Email option is showing there.

Can you log onto your email account using the direct link below?

Thanks for that!
Logging on via your link was instant and brilliant.
However My BT App only shows products (as below) and I cannot find a link to email anywhere?

Broadband

Mobile

BT Sport

Landline

Included -BT Wi-Fi

No scrolling further only 'more' 🤷‍♀️

Just to confirm. Do this on a web browser, not your MyBT app. To get your email via MyBT you log onto your MyBT account then go to "Your Products" and scroll down to "Email".

If you do not have "Email" showing there would appear to be a fault with your account and it will require intervention by BT so if that is the case post back for further assistance.

Hi again.
Yes my Email shows at the top of the BT page and I can sign in, it says webmail 👍
However - cannot see on My BT App?
Anything else?

Perhaps I was not clear on my previous post. Can you use a web browser and log onto your MyBT and then go to "Your Products". Scroll down and do you then see "Email, Manage" and if so does clicking on the "Manage" button take you to all your BT email accounts?

Obviously that would point to a problem with the app and not your BT Broadband account or your MyBT.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps.
