Hi All
I wonder if anyone has had same issue, I have had my account for years and only just recently I have started having issues where I am not receiving all my email. I have checked spam, checked settings, did test runs etc and checked security and no problem there.
I contacted BT and they sent a test email and didnt receive that, I have tried contacting them several times and they say issue is fixed but its not any one got any suggestions
@Juneypoos45 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems getting all your emails, have you checked the blocked sender list in the email settings to make sure the domain names have not been blocked by mistake?
