Is any work been done on the abysmal performance of webmail? It was bad before the migration, but now it's unbearable

Also, It's also unusable in safari 17.0 - the fonts are unreadable  and I can't see how it would pass accessibility testing

Can we have a better update than out-of-date non-update?  Images have not been loading in any browser  I've used for nearly a week - this is a joke, it's now completely useless! People rely on this service -please provide updates on what is happening and when you expect to fix these issues.

This is a BT Customer to Customer forum. You posts do not go to BT.

As regards your images problem. Did you have a read through the other post at the top of the email board.

There was another update provided in the BT Webmail Feedback thread which basically said BT are working on the fixes and an update will be posted when they are ready. 

As there is no update since that was posted I guess they are not ready yet.
