Not receiving emails from school

I've recently not been receiving parent emails from my kids school, despite all the other parents I know getting them.

I've checked junk/spam etc & they are definitely not coming through.

My daughter had been at the school for over 3 years & I've not changed my email address since she started there & I used to always get the emails, up until about November 2023.

Not having issues with receiving emails from anyone else, so I queried it with school, asking why I haven't got anything.

They're telling me it's my end, as they've sent me the info (even though they refuse to resend it as well!).

Is there anything I can check myself to see if it's my btinternet email rejecting it?

If you've not got one, get a Gmail address and tell the school that one - it'll save you messing about trying to find the issue.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Safe Senders". and add the schools email address to it and click "save".

You should also check your "Blocked Senders" list. Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
