Over the last few days I have been unable to receive emails from one of my daughters. She replies to my emails but I don't receive them. Anything she forwards I don't receive. She isn't blocked. Why has this happened suddenly and how do I rectify the problem please.

Presumably her emails are not in the spam folder.
Log onto your BTMail account and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".
Scroll down the list and you may find your daughter's email address or the domain (last part of the email address). If either of them are there you want to unblock it by clicking on it then. Click on "delete". It will only delete from the Blocked Senders list not your Contacts List.
You should then add her email address to your "Safe Senders" list.
Thank you, I'll try this. I've looked at the blocked senders list before but was unsure what to do with it! Hotmail.com is there so I'll try.
