I tried to change my BT Password and BT system said try again later but I got a text from BT to say I'd changed it so I changed my password on my phone and Mac. That failed so I changed it back to my original password. Email working on BT, phone and I can get incoming e-mail but the Outgoing SMPT server stays offline, it won't accept my user name and password. I use apple mail.
