For the last few days I'm unable to see the emails that are pinned to the top of my inbox. They're just greyed out, and when I log-on I get the message 'we are experiencing issues with this service, please try again later.'

I'm using BT email on my laptop.
However, I think I've managed to fix it. I clicked on 'View' > 'Message Options' and un-highlighted 'Conversation View.'
The page re-loaded and my pinned emails were visible again!
