Pop3 to imap

I have several pop3 accounts which I would like to change to imap. Any suggestions please

You can not change POP3 to IMAP. They are two entirely different protocols.

You would need to set up the accounts as an IMAP account. 

Before doing that make sure that all the emails you want are still on the BT servers by logging onto your email accounts using a web browser.

As @gg30340 says, you cannot change from POP3 to IMAP on the fly. Create the account as IMAP on your client, before deleting the POP3 version.
