I've worn my little fingertips out, finding slight differences of opinion, when it comes to Premium Email. If I no longer need BT BBand and leave, I understand I can revert to basic Web mail or pay £7+ for Premium.
My questions (TIA):
Is the price for the Premium email per address or per-account i.e the main login email address and all (current) email sub accounts? Or is that £7+ per email address within that main account *Up to 11.
Who / how do you let someone know you want to leave AND take up Premium email?
