I have been with BT for almost 20 years but have very recently moved on to a full fibre product from another company.
I have signed up for Premium Email as have many accounts linked to my BT email address.
My concern is Email has disappeared from MyBT under products but I can access the manage email addresses from within the email browser under my account.
Also, when I go to the manage email addresses I can see the 3 emails I created, two of them however, including my main email address are marked as due to be downgraded.
This doesn't look right to me. Shouldn't they show as active?
