Hi, I've had premium email for a long time with several different email addresses and no problems. In the One of these email addresses has now disappeared. I can't log into it through outlook or Gmail and if if I logon to myBT I see my other email addresses but not this one. BT is still seeing the address as it wouldn't let me create a new account with that address but said the address was in use. Could you please help.

When was the last time you were able to sign into that address?
