My broadband finished today but when I log in to my original billing account I can’t see the manage email to move to premium. Can only see it on the individual email accounts. Obviously want to move the 4 emails over and don’t want to get it wrong and just end up moving 1
Use your BTID email account which will be the one you used to set up the other three from.
Even though what was technically the original shows as gifted by the closed account
Try calling the Premium email team on 0808.100.6778.
I’ll give them a call on Saturday once I’m back from holiday.
