I go to "bt.com" and select "email" menu top/right. It times out, not going to the login screen. This happens on laptop and phone. I am running the "BT Email" app on my phone and this allows access to the emails. Can anyone advise how to get a login screen.

I have just had a thought and found the problem. I have my WIFI through EE and it fails to get the login page. My phone uses Tesco mobile and it works using this. I can now access it, but why doesn't BT.COM work via EE
Try clearing the history and cookies from you browser. If it has the option "Clear from all time" or something similar use that option.
This is happening on 2 laptops (win7 and win11) and 2 android phones. The win11 and 2 phones stopped about a week ago and the win7, which had not been used for about a month, as soon as it was switched on on Friday
