Hit there. Regarding logging into the endless loop at the sign in page for emails and also the BT email app. Both of these I cannot log into. Absolutely fine for over ten years then one day a few weeks ago have no access. I am entering all of the correct log in details. I’ll repeat this I am entering all correct log in details. All of my bills etc are connected to the account that I’m trying to log into. Under the products page only a landline shows up.. no option for email. I’ve been trying to get into this account for weeks now without success , been through hundreds of pages of threads related to it. With the app I’ve tried POP settings, IMAP settings everything suggested. Change the port number.. yadda yadda.. nothing. Nowt . Nada! Why is it saying email account ceased? I don’t have access to the account but luckily I’ve managed to put my gmail email as a backup.. that was a process in itself. Im hoping with the title of this Email ceased it will be added to the message board for others to easily find.
