Re: Email disconnections have returned

Hi I use Apple devices - phone, I pad and Mac and have to constantly re log in when looking at BT e mail - why is this please? Really poor functionality in my opinion in respect of BT e mail. Thank you.

Re: Email disconnections have returned

I suffer from the same, but only with my iPad.  Desktop and iPhone are fine.  Just assumed it was "one of those things" sent to annoy us 🙄

Hi there @GroveEast

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Have you tried using a different browser? If so, does the same happen?

Speak soon.

Re: Email disconnections have returned

Hi,

I access my BT email via an iPhone and an iPad (as well as a Windows PC) and don't have this problem. Are you using the Mail app that comes pre-installed on Apple devices? If so, have you tried disconnecting the BT mail account and re-connecting it (via Settings, Mail, Accounts)? If no joy it might be worth contacting Apple as I've found them very helpful with issues like this.

Re: Email disconnections have returned

I rarely access emails on my Android (I'm a LapTop guy), but I just checked them now after about 10 days. On opening the Web page in DuckDuckGo, the page was active, just as I left it...
