I’m struggling to complete moving one of my email address to another BT id account
I’ve moved email address as a gift.
This generated an email to recipient BTid asking for acceptance.
Clicked link that brought up page that asked:
1. Transfer to existing BTid
2. Or Create new id
So first time I chose ‘Existing’ followed by BTid of recipient and password.
This didn't work. Just reverted back to options form.
Then i created a new BTid using the transferred email address, new password. Now i have an account called Account 1.
The account i wanted to transfer to does not have the email address listed.
Any help to what is the correct route would be appreciated.
