When you notify BT that you are leaving BT it automatically starts the process to downgraded your email account. This happens regardless of which ISP you are moving to.
Your BTMail account will NOT be downgraded when your move to EE is completed.
As regards BTMail Basic, which you will NOT have when you do move to EE, if you have more than one BTMail account all of them will will be downgraded to Basic and all of them will still be able to be used regardless of whether or not you are a BT/EE customer or with any other ISP.
There is no "Keep Logged on" box on any of the types of BTMail. This was done away with when the email UI was "upgraded".
As I have said, read the posts in the links that I posted. All your questions about the "upgraded" have been asked and answered already and as I said, when you do move to EE and if the email account is downgraded to Basic post back for further assistance then because nothing can be done while the process of you moving is still happening.
When you log onto your BTMail account do you see adverts?
Do you use your BTMail account with an app on a mobile phone or an email client on a PC / Laptop?
If you don't see adverts and you can use BTMail with an email app you must have a "Standard" email account.
The Basic account shows adverts and it can not be used with an email app.
I have just completed my move from BT broadband to EE broadband. But My Email address now show "Due to be Downgraded".
How do I correct this as I was told I would KEEP my BT email addresses.

From what I understood ‘keeping your BT Email Addresses’ just means webmail access only.
No that is incorrect.
You keep your BTMail email account as is. ie the "Standard" email account and all the eleven email accounts that may have been used from that account.
