From both my laptop and bt app on iPhone my emails are automatically going to drafts rather than sent.
Does anyone have any idea why?

Can you turn your iPhone off and try sending an email from your laptop using a we browser (webmail) to try and establish where the problem may lie.

I can send and reply from my I cloud account - just not my bt app and it’s only ever when you reply to a message. If you type the email in afresh it works.
I connected to my emails through the laptop by logging in to btemails. I don’t have email system I have set up on lap top so I log in to bt email using web browser and fire fox.
The other strange thing is that it shows far less emails sent when I use lap top. They’re present on my phone and not my lap top. It’s as though my account isn’t syncing on iPhone app and lap top on line login.

Hi @Sarebear, sorry you've having a problem sending emails. If it only affecting the BT Email App then try an un-install and re-install of the app and see if that helps and you can send emails then.
