On searching through the forum I see that this issue comes up frequently but I can’t see if there’s ever been a fix to it.
I have my @btopenworld.com emails on three devices (PC using Outlook 365, iPhone and iPad using IOS mail app).
All emails in the sent folders on all three devices have all disappeared apart from the most recent emails sent over the last two weeks.
I have checked the BT email server. It’s the same on there.
I am using IMAP.
Based on earlier users posts, it seems clear that this is a BT issue. I am waiting for BT email support to call me back.
Does anyone have any similar recent experiences which has led to a resolution?
