I use SharePoint sites to send notifications to databases.
All my users email addresses are loaded onto the SharePoint sites and they are invited to be members.
I have BT email users that are not receiving the verification code when they fill in their details to link their device to our microsoft SharePoint site.
Please can you advise what course of action they need to follow to allow the verification codes to come through.
We have also checked that the verification code is not going to the spam folders.
Please advise.

Ask then to add your email domain to their safe senders list.
They need to log onto their BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on their username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Safe Senders" then add your domain to the list and click "Save".
